Shannon grew up working in and around various stages of construction and has experienced every aspect of work at ABG Caulking & Waterproofing. He has been full time in the Morristown office since 1978. His knowledge and experience is invaluable in the leadership of everyday operations.

He has been married for over 38 years to his wife, Janice, and is the proud father of two children and is proud grandfather. Shannon likes to spend his “free” time enjoying his family, traveling, being outdoors.

Otis started working at ABG in 1979, before he graduated from high school. He came on board full time after graduating from East Tennessee State University in 1982. Otis heads up every job in TN, KY, VA, WV, OH, and IN and is also in charge of contract negotiation and project management. He enlightens his clients on the ins and outs of the caulking and waterproofing industry, guiding them through the entire process from planning, through the installation, and all the way to the completed project.

Otis has been married for over 25 years and has three children. Otis enjoys farming, landscaping, and University of Tennessee football.

Jeff has been with ABG since 2001. He is a graduate of Houston Baptist University and got his start in the field as an applicator. He now oversees jobs in North Carolina and South Carolina, serving as a valuable asset to our customers with his experience in estimating and value analysis as well as contract negotiation and scheduling. Jeff is married with three boys.

Like his father, Shannon, Evan grew up in the ABG family. He is our youngest team member and has gained experience in all areas of the industry. He currently serves as project manager and is always up for the challenge of a new project. Evan is an avid outdoorsman and loves to travel.

Sam joined the ABG team in 1994. He’s the man with all the answers as he is our resident expert on materials who partners with suppliers through all aspects of the project. Sam is married and has grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and sport shooting, earning several “trophies” for his efforts.

Jeanie joined the ABG team in 2003 and serves as the human resources and payroll administrator. She also assists Sam in operations. Jeanie is very active in her church, enjoys outdoor activities, and is an avid hobbyist.

Priscilla has been with us since 2008 and has proven to be a major asset in billing and accounts receivable. Priscilla actively serves in her church, and she enjoys hiking, bicycling, and being with her family.

Cindy came on board in 2008 as our receptionist. She now works as the assistant to all our estimators. Her main duty involves retrieving drawings and blueprints for all territories ABG bids on. She is a proud mother of two as well as a health and nutrition guru.
